I Must Stay — Political Strategy Game

1. What data we collect

• Anonymous device ID — generated on first launch, stored locally. Used to save your game progress.
• Apple ID (optional) — only if you sign in with Apple. Used to link your progress to your account.
• Nickname — chosen by you, used for the leaderboard.
• Gameplay statistics — turns survived, elections won, high score. Used for leaderboard and your personal stats.
• Error logs — anonymous crash/error data sent to our server. Used to fix bugs.

2. What we do NOT collect

• No location data
• No camera or microphone access
• No contacts, photos, or files
• No advertising ID (IDFA)
• No data shared with third-party advertisers

3. How we use your data

All collected data is used solely to:

• Save your game progress across sessions
• Display your score on the public leaderboard (nickname only)
• Improve the game by fixing bugs

4. Data storage

Data is stored securely via Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU). Game state is also saved locally on your device via standard iOS storage.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Children

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
