My game progress disappeared

Your progress is saved to an anonymous device ID and, if you signed in with Apple, to your Apple account. Sign in with the same Apple ID on your device to restore your progress. If it's still missing, email us with your nickname.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app and use the “Restore Purchases” option in the store/settings screen. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the account used to buy them.

The leaderboard isn't updating

The leaderboard needs an internet connection. Make sure you're online, then reopen the app. Scores may take a few seconds to sync.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings inside the game and tap Delete My Account. This permanently removes your profile, your leaderboard scores and your account itself; it cannot be undone. You can also email us at the address above if you would rather we did it for you. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold.

Someone's leaderboard name is offensive

Tap the … button on that row in the leaderboard. Report flags the name for us — once enough different players report it, the name is hidden from everyone automatically. Block hides that player from your own leaderboard immediately and for good.
